| 摘 要： | 为探讨颈性类冠心病的发病机理与治疗，对92例患者采用随机分组，治疗组53例，采用牵引推拿治疗；对照组39例，采用颈椎牵引加口服双氯芬酸钾、地巴唑治疗，结果：总有效率治疗组为83％，对照组为58．9％，2组比较，P〈0．05，有显著性差异，说明推拿对颈性类冠心病疗效较好。

| Abstract: | To explore the episode mechanism and treatment of the neck-heart syndrome, 92 cases were divided randomly into two groups, 53 cases in treatment group were treated with draft and massage, 39 cases in control group with draft, massage plus diclofenac and bendazol for oral use. The result showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83 %, control group was 58. 9 %, and there was obvious difference between them ( P < 0. 05 ). It indicates that draft and massage have better curative effect for the neck-heart syndrome. |
