摘    要:目的探讨发育期慢性铅暴露对小鼠海马B-细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2基因(Bcelllymphoma/leukemia-2,bcl-2)和bcl-2相关X基因(bcl-2associateX,bax)mRNA表达的影响。方法用RT-PCR法检测慢性铅暴露时小鼠海马bcl-2和baxmRNA表达水平。结果慢性铅暴露可使小鼠脑海马bcl-2mRNA表达水平明显下降,而baxmRNA表达水平明显增加,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性铅暴露可使小鼠脑海马bcl-2mRNA表达水平显著下降,而baxmRNA表达水平显著增加。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of chronic lead exposure on the mRNA expression of bcl-2 and bax in hippocampus of mice.Methods RT-PCR techniques were applied to recognize either the mRNA expression of bcl-2 and bax in hippocampus of mice exposed to low level of lead.Results Bcl-2 mRNA expression in Pb 2+-exposed group exhibited a significantly decline and bax mRNA expression in Pb 2+-exposed group exhibited a significantly increase compared with control group.Conclusion Chronic lead exposure results in significant decline of bcl-2 mRNA expression and significantly increase of bax mRNA expression in hippocampus of mice.
