PICC置管术在食管癌患者围手术期营养支持中的应用及效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨PICC置管术在食管癌患者围手术期营养支持中的应用及效果。方法选取200例食管癌围手术期患者为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组采用静脉留置针输液,观察组采用PICC输液。比较2组留置时间、不良反应发生率。结果观察组留置时间显著长于对照组(P0.05)。观察组液体外渗、红肿、堵管、静脉炎、感染发生率显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论采用PICC进行食管癌患者围手术期营养支持,可有效提高留置时间,减少不良反应发生率。

Application and effect of PICC on nutritional support in esophagus cancer with perioperative period
Abstract:Objective To investigate the PICC intratrachea application and effect of nutritional support in the perioperative period in patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Totally 200 cases of esophageal cancer patients were selected as the research objects. Randomly di-vided into observation group and control group,each group of 100 cases. The control group was treated with intravenous indwelling needle infu-sion,and the observation group was treated with PICC. Comparison of two groups of indwelling time,the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The retention time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group(P < 0. 05). The observation group liquid leakage, swelling,plugging,phlebitis,infection rate was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The use of PICC for esoph-ageal cancer patients perioperative nutrition support,can effectively improve the indwelling time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
