Abstract: | Fourteen patients with neuroleptic-induced oculogyric crisis resistant to antiparkinsonian drugs were treated with oral clonazepam. The neuroleptic-induced oculogyric crisis was completely inhibited by clonazepam in 10 patients, moderately inhibited in 2, slightly inhibited in 1, and not changed in 1. We suggest that clonazepam is useful in managing neuroleptic-induced oculogyric crisis. |
