静脉输注甘露醇外渗原因分析与护理进展

目的探讨静脉输注甘露醇引起外渗的原因，并制定防治措施，提高护理质量。方法对72例静脉输注甘露醇的患者的住院资料进行回顾性分析。结果静脉输注甘露醇外渗与护理因素、患者因素、血管因素、药物因素、物理因素有关。结论引起静脉输注甘露醇外渗的原因是多方面的，护士应针对具体原因，采取必要的防范措施，最大程度地减少外渗的发生。同时要做好外渗紧急处理，避免对患者造成进一步的损伤。
