| 摘 要： | 目的：观察消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的临床疗效。方法：将符合纳入标准的60例混合痔术后水肿患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组30例给予消肿化痔汤煎服，对照组30例给予草木犀流浸液片口服，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为93．33％，对照组为76．67％，两组比较有统计学意义（19〈0．05）。结论：消肿化痔汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿效果明显，值得临床进一步推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical etticacy ot Xiaoznong Huazhi decoetion in the treatment of postop- erative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods ： 60 patients of postoperative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Thirty subjects in the treat- ment group received Xiaozhong Huazhi decoction, and the other 30 cases in the control group were given Me- lilotus extract tablets. Observe the effect in the two groups. Results： The total efficiency of the two groups was 93.33% and 76.67% , and there was a significant difference（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaozhong Huazhi de- coction can effectively improve postoperative anus rim edema of mixed hemorrhoids, which is worthy of further promotion and application. |
