| 摘 要： | 为确定超声检查在发育性髋关节发育不良诊断和治疗中的价值，应用超声波对经过临床和X线检查诊断为发育性髋关节发育不良患儿25例，28髋进行检查，并选用正常髋28侧作对照。结果：病理组的α角和股骨头覆盖率显著减小，β角和髋臼指数显著增大。同时超声能显示出X线片不能显示的结构如软骨、股骨头圆韧带和髋臼内其他软组织的情况。提示：超声检查操作简单，是非侵袭性检查方法，可重复应用作动态观察，诊断率高，可指导选择治疗方法。对发育性髋关节发育不良诊断和治疗和治疗有重要意义，可作为常规检查。

| Abstract: | To define the role of ultrasonography in diagnosis and management, 28 hips of 25 patients with developmental dysplasia of hip (DDH) were examined by ultrasonography and compared with control group. The results showed that a angle and femural head percentage of cover (FHC) of DDH significantly decreased and β angle and AI of DDH significantly increased. Meanwhile, ultrasonography can show what radiography can't do, such as the structure of cartilage, ligment tire of fumel head and other soft tissues in acetabula. It indicates that ultrasonography is simple to operate, noninvasive to be repeated for dynamic observation. Its diagnosic ratio is higher and it can guide to choose the method for managment. It suggests that ultrasonography has an important role in diagnosis and management of DDH and can be a regular examination. |
