| Abstract: | Lab Medicine doctors have been incorporated into resident standardization training system. Resident training is an important part of after- graduation education for medical students, and is also an important way to cultivate qualified lab medical talents. Three aspects are effective to improve the overall level of training, including the base construction, the training of guiding teachers, and the reasonable training content. |
