自身增强型可吸收内固定系统在颧骨颧弓骨折中的应用

目的分析自身增强型可吸收内固定系统在颧骨颧弓骨折内固定修复术中的临床效果。方法对新津县人民医院口腔颌面外科从2008年6月至2012年6月收治26例颧骨颧弓骨折用芬兰百优可吸收颌面内固定置入物行骨折复位。通过对术后张口度情况,面容恢复情况,术后伤口愈合情况,术后反应等三项标准评估手术效果。结果本组病例96.7%骨折术后复位良好,无面容塌陷,张口度达正常。98.9%术后一期愈合。结论可吸收内固定置入物在颧骨颧弓骨折中的应用效果好。

Their Own Enhanced Absorbable Fixation System Zygomatic Arch Fracture of the Cheekbone

Objective To study the application of the only self-reinforced absorbable firation systems in internal fixtion of zygoma or zygomatic arch fracture. Methods From June 2008 to June 2012 ,the systems was used in 26 patients with zygoma or zygomatic fracture, to analyse the clinical effect in extent of opening mouth, facial recover condition and postoperative reaction. Results In 26 patients, 96.7% got good rigid internal fixation and opening mouth normally without facial couapse;98.9% surgical incisions were healed well. Conclusion The application of the only self-reinforced absorbable fixation systems in zygoma or zygomatic arch fracture can lead a satisfying relust.
