电灼后局部注射甘露聚糖肽与干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣对比观察

摘    要:目的探讨尖锐湿疣电灼治疗后存在的易复发、创面感染、愈合迟缓等问题的解决方法。方法均常规5%的醋酸湿敷,5min或15min后聚维酮碘消毒,2%利多卡因在病灶下行浸润麻醉,然后应用多功能电离子治疗机进行电灼治疗。治疗组在电灼后于创面下及周围注射甘露聚糖肽注射液,每次2mL;对照组在电灼后于创面下及周围注射干扰素,每次100万IU。两组均隔天1次,10次为1个疗程。治疗后3个月随访。结果治疗组30例中复发3例、对照组30例中复发11例,两组差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组30例中电灼治疗后创面发生感染2例、创面愈合时间为(9.5±1.4)d,对照组30例中感染13例,愈合时间为(10.7±1.5)d,两组在感染率、愈合时间方面比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论尖锐湿疣电灼治疗后应用创面下及周围注射甘露聚糖肽,能显著降低尖锐湿疣的复发率、创面感染率,缩短创面愈合时间的作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the method to solve the recurrence,wound infection, delayed healing of the eondyloma aeuminatum fulgnration therapy. Methods The conventional 5% acetic acid wet compress,5 minutes or 15 minutes after iodophor disinfection, 2% lidoeaine in focus downward infiltration anesthesia, and eleetroeantery treatment application of multi-functional electric ion therapy machine. The treatment group in the fulguration wound under and around the injection of Mannatide injection, each time 2mL; the control group in fulguration wound under and around the injection of interferon, every time 1 000 O001U. The two groups were once every other day, 10 times for a course of treatment. Patients were followed-up for three months. Results The treatment group of 30 cases of recur- rence in 3 cases, the control group of 30 cases of recurrence in 11 cases, there was significant difference between the two group(P 〈0.05). The treatment group of 30 cases of electric burn treatment wound after infection in 2 cases, wound healing time was (9.5 ± 1.4)days, 13 cases in the control group, of 30 cases of infection,healing time was ( 10. 7 ± 1.5 ) days, two groups in the infection rate , wound healing time were compared, with a significant difference (P 〈 O. O1 ), the treatment group was significantly better than control group. Conclusion condyloma acuminatum ful- guration wound after application and peripheral injection of mannan peptide,ean significantly reduce the recurrence of eondyloma aeuminatum rate,wound infection rate and shorten the time of wound healing effect.
