虚挂线法与传统切开挂线法在高位肛瘘术中的应用效果比较

为比较虚挂线法与传统切开挂线法在高位肛瘘术中的应用效果，回顾性分析行挂线术治疗的46例高位肛瘘患者的病例资料，其中24例采用虚挂线法治疗（治疗组），22例采用传统切开挂线法治疗（对照组），对比分析两组患者疗效及术后并发症发生情况。结果显示，两组患者全部治愈。与对照组相比，治疗组创面愈合快，术后肛门漏气漏液、肛门畸形等发生率低。随访1年，两组均无复发病例，无肛门失禁等后遗症。结果表明，虚挂线法治疗高位肛瘘安全易行，并发症少，疼痛轻，患者痛苦小，创面愈合快，疗效满意。

Loosing Thread-drawing vs Conventional Incision Thread-drawing for High anal Fistula

This study was to compare the clinical efficacy of loosing thread-drawing vs conventional incision plus thread-drawing for high anal fistula, a retrospective study was conducted on the data of 46 cases of high anal fistula treated with thread-drawing therapy. Treatment group （ n = 24） received loosing threaddrawing, while control group（ n = 22） traditional thread-drawing. Both groups were compared and analyzed for clinical efficacy and postoperative complications. The results showed that all the patients got cured; compared with control group, treatment group had a rapid wound surface healing,and lower incidence of anal leakage and anal deformity ; after a one-year follow-up,no recurrence or anal incontinence occurred. It is concluded that loosing thread-drawing for high anal fistula is safe and easy to operate, with fewer complica- tions,milder pain,less patient＇s sufferings,rapid wound surface healing and satisfactory efficacy.
