乾坤肠康灌肠液加思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效

为探讨乾坤肠康灌肠液加思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效，将2009年4月至2011年4月收治的60例婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组予乾坤肠康灌肠液加思密达保留灌肠·对照组予思密达口服或保留灌肠、抗病毒药静脉滴注等，对比观察两组患儿疗效。结果显示，治疗组治愈27例，有效3例；对照组治愈24例，有效6例。两组总有效率均为100％，差异无统计学意义．P〉0．05。治疗组疗程为3～5d·平均3．5d；埘照组疗程为5～7d，平均5．6d。治疗组疗程明显短于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，乾坤肠康灌肠液加思密达保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒性肠炎操作简单、疗效肯定。

Clinical Effect of Retention Enema with Qiankun Changkang Enema Solution plus Smecta in the Treatment of Infantile Rotaviral Enteronitis

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of retention enema with Qiankun Changkang enema solution plus smecta for treating infantile rotaviral enteronitis（IRVE）. The 60 children suffered from this enteronitis who had been admitted from April 2009yr. to April 2011yr. were randomly divided into treatment group and control one, 30 cases for each; treatment group received above combination enema, while control one was given with oral smecta or retention enema with smecta,intravenously injecting anti- virus drugs,and so on;then their therapeutic effect was compared. As results,in treatment group 27 cases were cured,3 of response, in control one, 24,6, thus the total effective rate of both groups was same（100% vs 100%, P〈0.05） and there was no statistical difference; as to treatment course treatment group was significantly shorter than control group （3-5 days,averaged 3.5 days vs 5-7 days,averaged 5.6 days, P 〈0.05）. Results show that above-mentioned combination enema for treating IRVE is of simple manipulation and certain curative effect.
