PTEN和基质金属蛋白酶2在胶质瘤组织中的表达及其相关性

目的探讨PTEN蛋白和基质金属蛋白酶2（MMP-2）蛋白在胶质瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测48例胶质瘤组织和25例正常脑组织中PTEN蛋白和MMP-2蛋白的表达情况。结果PTEN蛋白和MMP-2蛋白在胶质瘤中的阳性表达率分别为20．83％（10／48）、83．33％（40／48）；PTEN和MMP-2蛋白的表达与胶质瘤组织病理分级相关（x2=4．8371、4．8414，均P〈0．05），且两者表达呈负相关（r=-0．596，P〈0．05）。结论PTEN和MMP-2在胶质瘤组织的侵袭转移中可能发挥了重要作用，检测PTEN和MMP-2的表达可作为预测胶质瘤的转移趋势指标，为胶质瘤的诊治提供临床参考。

The expression of PTEN and matrix metalloproteinase 2 in glioma tissue

Objective To explore the expression of PTEN and matrix metalloproteinase 2 （MMP-2） in glio- ma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of PTEN and MMP-2 in 48 specimens of glioma and 25 normal specimens were determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of PTEN and MMP-2 protein in gliomas were 20.83% （ 10/48 ） ,83.33% （40/48） ,respectively. The expression of PTEN and MMP-2 were all related to the pathological grading of glioma（ X2 = 4. 8371,4. 8414, all P 〈 0.05 ） , and the ex- pression of PTEN and MMP-2 in glioma was negatively correlated （ r = - 0. 596, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion PTEN and MMP-2 may play critical role in the invasion and metastasis of glioma. Co-detection of the expression of PTEN and MMP-2 can be used to predict the metastatic potential of glioma, and provide clinical reference for the diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
