| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜下治疗盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法30例盘状半月板损伤的患者在关节镜下手术治疗。不同的损伤类型采取不同的治疗方法。结果30例均获随访，时间12-24个月。末次随访时，疗效评定：优20例（66．6％），良9例（30．O％），可1例（3．3％），无差病例。结论关节镜下治疗膝关节盘状半月板损伤的临床疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of discoid meniscal injury. Methods Thirty patients with discoid meniscus tears underwent surgical treatment by arthroscopy. Different types of damage was given different approaches to treat. Results 30 cases were all followed up for 12-24 months. The results were excellent in 20 cases （66.6%） ,good in 9 cases （30.0%） ,fair in 1 case（3.3% ） and poor in 0 case at the final follow-up. Conclusion Arthroscopic meniscectomy is an alternative for treatment of discoid meniscustears with minimal traumatic effects. |
