宁夏银北地区常见气传变应原谱分析

目的研究宁夏银北地区常见气传变应原的种类、分布特征及其与过敏性疾病的关系。方法选择就诊的624例患者中疑似过敏性疾病患者461例,进行皮肤点刺试验（SPT）,以明确过敏原。结果检测中阳性率SPT为45.53%,至少一种变应原呈SPT阳性为20%（42/210）,2种以上占80%（160/210）。其阳性率分布前4位的变应原分别为艾蒿、粉尘螨、屋尘螨、热带螨,男女阳性率差异无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。变应原阳性率主要集中在20~50岁。结论宁夏银北地区主要吸入致敏原,对本地区过敏性疾病的防治具有指导意义。

The study of common inhaled allergen in north of Yinchuan

Objective To study the common gas transmission of the types of allergens and the distribution features and its relationship with allergic disease in Ningxia silver north. Methods The patients were chosen,there were 461 patients with suspected allergic disease out of 624 cases. In order to make clear the allergen,skin prick test（ skin prick test,SPT） was used to determine the diagnosis and make treatment plan formulation. Results Inspection of positive SPT was 45. 53%. At least one allergen SPT positive was 20%（ 42 /210）,and more than two allergen SPT positive accounts for 80%（ 160 /210）. The positive rate of the top four allergens were mugwort,dust mite,house dust mites,filled with tropical. There was no significant（ P 0. 05） difference rate of men and women. Allergens were mainly in patients aged 20- 50 years old. Conclusion This investigation has been clear about the main suction of the trigger,the region has guiding significance for allergic disease prevention and control.
