归芪通舒胶囊治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效

为探讨归芪通舒胶囊治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效，将80例老年性便秘患者按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，治疗组给予归芪通舒胶囊口服（每次4粒，每天3次），对照组给予麻仁丸口服（每次6g，每天3次），两组均以7d为一疗程，共治疗2个疗程。结果显示，治疗组治愈17例，好转19例，无效4例，总有效率为90．0％（36／40）；对照组治愈8例，好转22例，无效10例，总有效率为75．0％（30／40）。治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗后，两组症状积分均下降，P〈0．05；但治疗组症状积分降低更明显，P〈0．05。治疗后3个月随访，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，归芪通舒胶囊治疗老年性便秘疗效肯定。

Clinical Effect of Guiqi Tongshu Capsule in the Treatment of Senile Constipation

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Guiqi Tongshu capsule for treating senile connstipation. The 80 cases of senile constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order to see doctor,40 cases for each group; treatment group was given orally with this capsule（4 capsules each time, 3 times/day）, while control one with hemp seed pill（6g each time, 3 times/day） ,a course of treatment in both groups was 7 days,totally,two courses were taken. As results,in treatment group, 17 cases were coured, 19 improved, 4 of non-response, and its total effective rate was 90.0%（36/40） ;while in control group, 8,22,10 and 75.0% （30/40） correspondingly, thus the total effec- tive rate of treatment group was signficantly higher than that of control group（ P 〈0.05） ;after treatment the symptom score ratings in both groups were all reduced（ P 〈0.05）,and in treatment group the reduc- tion was more significant（ P 〈0.05） ;besides,the follow-up of 3 monthes found that the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. Results show that this cap- sule for treating senile constipation has certain therapeutic effect.
