帕瑞昔布钠超期镇痛对子宫肌瘤手术患者应激反应的影响

目的探讨帕瑞昔布钠超期镇痛对子宫肌瘤手术患者应激反应的影响。方法96例行子宫肌瘤手术的患者按照数字表法随机分为两组，观察组48例，对照组48例，观察组采用常规麻醉加用帕瑞昔布钠的超前镇痛，对照组采用常规麻醉，采用视觉模拟（VAS）进行镇痛评分，测定血皮质醇、胰岛素抵抗指数（IR）和C反应蛋白（CRP）。结果两组患者术后2h、12h、24h的VAS评分比较，观察组均小于对照组（t=2．9149、5．3566、2．9609，均P〈0．05）。两组术后1月观察组血皮质醇、IR、CRP均比对照组有明显降低（t=11．3863、12．6154、7．0101，均P〈0．05）。结论帕瑞昔布钠超期镇痛可以明显减轻子宫肌瘤患者的应激反应。

The effect of parecoxib sodium extended analgesia on stress response in patients with uterine fibroids surgery

Objective To study the effect of parecoxib sodium extended analgesia on stress response in pa- tients with uterine fibroids surgery. Methods 96 patients received uterine fibroids surgery were randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases in the observation group were treated with conventional anesthesia and parecoxib sodium extended analgesia,48 cases in control group were treated with conventional anesthesia. Visual analog scale（VAS） score was used to evaluate the pain. Cortisol, insulin resistance index （ IR ） and C-reactive protein （CRP） were detected. Results The VAS scores 2h, 12h, 24h postoperation in the observation group were lower than those of the control group （ t = 2. 9149,5. 3566,2.9609, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Postoperative 1 month, the cortisol, IR and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （ t = 11. 3863,12. 6154,7. 0101, all P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pareeoxib sodium extended analgesia in patients with uterine fibroids surgery can significantly reduce stress response.
