非插入式结肠水疗法为电子结肠镜检查行肠道准备的效果观察

摘    要:为探讨非插入式结肠水疗法为电子结肠镜检查者行肠道准备的清肠效果,以及患者的依从性和安全性,回顾分析247例行电子结肠镜检查的患昔资料,其中127例采用非插入式结肠水疗法进行肠道准备(观察组),120例采用口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散法进行肠道准备(对照组),对比分析两组患者肠道清洁程度、患者的依从性、不良反应的发牛情况。结果显示.观察组肠道清洁程度、患者的依从性均明显优于埘照组,P〈0.05;观察组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,P〈0.05。结果表明,非插入式结肠水疗法为电子结肠镜检查者行肠道准备操作简便,清肠效果好,不良反应少,患者依从性高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:In order to investigate the cleaning-bowel efficacy of non inserted colon hydrotherapy used to take intestinal preparation for electro-coloscopic examination,as well as its safety and patient's compliance authors retrospectively analyzed the data of 247 patients who received electro coloscopic examination, a- mong whom 127 received non-inserted colon hydrotherapy for intestinal preparation (as observation group) ,120 orally administered compound macrogol electrolyte powder for that (as control group); the cleaning bowel degree,patient's compliance and adverse reaction of both groups were compared and ana- lyzed. As results,in the cleaning-bowel degree and patient's compliance observation group was significantly superior to control group( P 〈0.05) ,while in the incidence of adverse reaction just significantly lower( P 〈0.05). Results show that non-inserted colon hydrotherapy for intestinal preparation has such merits as simple manipulation, better efficacy, less adverse reaction and high compliance of patients, thus is worthy to be popularized.
