| 摘 要： | 人鼻黏膜中的非肾上腺素能非胆碱能（non-adrenergic and non-cholinergic，NANC）神经纤维通过释放多种神经肽，在调节生理或病理环境中鼻黏膜的血流和腺体分泌起着重要作用。本研究试图采用免疫组化和放射免疫方法比较P物质、降钙素基因相关肽（calcitonin gene-related peptide，CGRP）和血管活性肠肽（vasoactive intestinal peptide，VIP）在复发性鼻息肉和正常鼻黏膜中的分布和组织含量的差异。
