缺血变性自蛋白测定在心肌缺血诊断中的应用

目的探讨缺血变性白蛋白（IMA）测定在心肌缺血诊断中的应用。方法对96例不稳定型心绞痛（uA）患者及106名健康人血清IMA测定。同时在uA患者入院后12h内不同时间段测定cTnI、CK、CK—MB。结果uA组IMA（89．9±10）U／ml显著高于对照组（60．2±8）u／ml，P〈0．05。距发病〈2hIMA阳性率（33．3％）显著高于cTnI（4．0％）P〈0．005；4h阳性率（40．6％）显著高于cTnI、CK—MB、CK（13．5％，8．3％，5．2％，P〈O．01）；8～12hIMA阳性率（47．9％）高于cTnI、CK—MB、CK（29．2％，19．8％，17．7％，P〈0．05）。结论血清IMA诊断心肌缺血优于cTnI及心肌酶学．是较敏感和特异的血清标志物．

Appllication of Detection of Ischemia Modified Albumin in Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of detected ischemia modified albumin in myocardial ischemia disease. Methods Serum from patieuts with unstabilited angina （UA） 96 cases and 106 cases health controls were examined for IMA, cTnI, CK-MB and CK, the patients were detected at different periods within 12 hours after hospitalization. Results IMA was markedly higher in patients （89.9 ± 11） U/ml than that in normal subject（60.2 ± 8） U/ml, in 2 h from patients, the positive rate oflMA （33.3%） was markedly higher than cTnI （4.0%, P〈0.005）, in 4 h, the positive rate of IMA （40.6%） was markly higher than cTnI, CK-MB, CK （13.5%, 8.3%, 5.2%, P〈0. 01）, in 8 - 12 h, the positive rates of IMA （47.9%） were higher than cTnI, CK-MB, CK （29.2%, 19.8%, 17.7%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum level ofIMA is superior to other myocardial enzyme and cTnl, which serves as aserum marker with high sensitivity and specificity.
