摘    要:制备阿斯匹林凝胶剂,比较了不同浓度的月桂氮卓酮和薄荷脑对阿斯匹林透皮吸收的影响.结果发现以l%的月桂氮卓酮(AZ)加1%的薄荷脑(MT)作为吸收促渗剂的3号处方中阿斯匹林的吸收最好,体外释放速度符合Hignchi方程.提示适当浓度的AZ和MT能明显促进阿斯匹林的透皮吸收.但阿斯匹林和MT的浓度过高促透效果迟缓.

Abstract:The effect of mixed transdermal enhancers of azone and menthol on percutaneous absorption of asprin was investigated. Modified Franz diffusion cells and isolated mice abdomen skin were used in the drug penetration tests. The transdermal amount of asprin in different concentrations of mixed azone and menthol was determinded. Comparison of asprin gel having no azone and menthol with the gel containing different azone and menthol concentrations of 0.5 %, 1.5 %, 2 % and 2.5 % showed a remarkable difference ( P <0.05) after 2 h. Comparison of asprin gel without azone and menthol with the gels containg 1 % azone and menthol showed a remarkable difference ( P <0.01). It was demonstrated that various transdemal enhances could promote the absorption of asprin in different levels and 1 % azone plus 1 % menthol was the most effective one.
