| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨热休克蛋白70（HSP70）在肝缺血再灌注中的作用。方法：阅读国内外有关文献并进行综述。结果：HSP70对肝缺血再灌注具有保护作用。在细胞接受应激刺激后，HSP70表达丰度最高，因此HSP70最受关注。结论：HSP70是目前发现的具有重要保护作用的一类蛋白质，经缺血预处理等的情况下，可诱导组织细胞大量表达，并可能对肝缺血再灌注损伤产生保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of HSP 70 on liver ischemia and reperfusion.Methods:Reading related literatures and summarizing them.Results:HSP 70 played an role in protecting liver from ischemia and reperfusion injury.After cells accepted stress stimulus,the expression of HSP 70 was highest.HSP 70 was focused in.Conclusion:HSP 70 is the major protective protein,which plays a role in protecting liver from ischemia and reperfusion injury through inducing histiocyte overexpression. |
