| 摘 要： | 作总结了8例重型颅脑损伤病人行气管切开术后意外情况包括伤口出血，皮下气肿，内套管取出与安放困难，内套管阻塞，套管脱出，拔管方法不当等，并就其处理方法和预防措施，正确吸痰和清理内套管，防止肺部感染，保持呼吸道通畅，防止套管脱出等进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | The author in the paper analyses accidents after tracheotomy- summarizing the causes including hemorrhage in the cuts, subcutaneous emphysema, difficulty in removing and laying internal casing, obstruction or herniation of internal casing and improper removal of casing. The author has discussed as well the corresponding treatments and precautions such as proper sputum aspiration, unobstruction of respiratory tract.prevention of herniation of internal casing. |
