| 摘 要： | 目的 提高膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤的临床诊断和治疗水平。方法 对10例膀胱嗜铬细胞瘤进行回顾性分析。结果 10例均行手术治疗并经病理检查证实，疗效满意。1例术后远处转移。结论 本病极易漏诊或误诊为膀胱癌，膀胱镜和CT是最具价值的检查手段，病理学检查方可作出正确诊断。膀胱部分切除术疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate diagnosis and treatment of pheochromocytoma of bladder. Methods 10 cases of bladder pheochromocytoma were reviewed retrospectively. Results 10 cases were successfully treated surgically and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathological studies in all. Conclusion The lesion might be easily missed and misdiagnosed as bladder cancer. CT scan and cystoscopy are the most valuable method in the diagnosis of bladder pheochromocytoma. The confirmed diagnosis depends on histopathology.Partial cystectomy is an effective treatment for the disease. |
