2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞粘附分子CD54CD11b、CD62L表达的研究

摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者外周血白细胞粘附分子CD54、CD11b、CD62L表达及其与微血管损害的关系.方法用流式细胞仪测定有、无糖尿病微血管病变的32例2型糖尿病患者外周血淋巴细胞、单核和多形核细胞粘附分子CD54、CD11b、CD62L表达的百分率,同时测定血糖和糖化血红蛋白,并分别与20例正常健康人比较.结果与正常组比较,无论有无微血管病变的2型糖尿病患者其外周血白细胞表面上述三种粘附分子表达百分率均有不同程度的增加,微血管病变组表达率高于无微血管病变组(P<0.05,P<0.01).糖尿病患者血糖和糖化血红蛋白的含量明显增加,有微血管病变组高于无微血管病变组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论2型糖尿病患者白细胞表面CD54、CD11b、CD62L表达阳性率与高血糖,糖化血红蛋白浓度和微血管病变的发生有密切关系.

Abstract:Objective To study on the relation between the expression of adhesion molecules(AMs) at peripheral blood leukueyte surface(PBLS) in type 2 diabetes mellitus(2-DM) with diabetic microangiopathy. Methods The expression of CD_ 54, CD_ 11b and CD_ 62L on the surface of lymphocytes(L), monocytes(M) and polymorphnuclear leukocytes(PMN) in 32 cases of 2-DM with or without microangiopathy and 22 healthy control were detected. Results The results showed that the level of blood glucose and HbA1C in all 2-DM patients were significantly higher than ithat in control (P<0.01). The percentages of CD_ 54, CD_ 11b and CD_ 62L on PBLS in diabetes with microangiapathy were significantly higher than that in control (P<0.01). The patients without microangiapathy only CD_ 54 on L and PMN were higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of AMs, CD_ 54, CD_ 11b and CD_ 62L at PBLS and the level of blood glucose and HbA1C were closely related to the type 2 diabetes.
