| 摘 要： | 目的 初步探讨增强型血细胞分离机(MCS+)在采集外周血造血干细胞(peripheral blood stem cells,PBSC)中的应用,对影响采集的相关因素进行分析.方法 总结本院2004～2007年26例自/异体共48次PBSC采集,分析采集成功率、采集物的各项指标、参数设定及各种影响因素.结果 26例患者其中3例(11.5%)行肘静脉穿刺,23例(88.5%)股静脉插管.每次平均采集时间(342±43)min,处理全血量(10 128±1877)mL,平均循环数32±8,终产品(113±25)mL,单个核细胞数(MNC)(148.88±46.47)×109/L,MNC采集率(93.2±2.4)%,CD34+ 细胞数(7.91±3.48)×106/kg .26例患者中4例采集1次,22例连续采集2次,共48次采集,全部病例均获造血功能重建,无移植相关死亡.结论 采用MCS+ 采集PBSC,应根据不同患/供者的实际情况,合理设置各种采集参数、选择适当穿刺部位,经1～2次采集,均能收集到足够高质量的PBSC并安全用于移植,满足临床治疗要求.
