| 摘 要： | 目的探讨UCA1 mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与病理分级、临床分期和复发的关系。方法采用SYBR GreenⅡ实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应试验方法检测39例膀胱癌组织及8例膀胱正常组织中UCA1 mRNA的表达情况。结果39例膀胱癌组织中UCA1 mRNA表达阳性39例，阳性率分别为100％；8例膀胱正常组织中UCA1 mRNA表达阳性3例，阳性率分别为37．5％；UCA1 mRNA的表达在癌组织和正常组织中的阳性率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；UCA1 mRNA的表达与病理分级、临床分期和复发关系密切（P〈0．05）。结论UCA1参与了膀胱癌的发生发展过程，对膀胱癌的诊断、判断病理分级、临床分期和预后具有重要临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of UCA1 mRNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma and its relationship with pathological grade,clinical stage and recurrence.
