110例上海地区汉族正常成人硬组织侧貌的X线头影测量分析研究

本研究对上海地区汉族正常成人110例(男女各55名),各拍摄头颅定位X线侧位片一张,描绘出口腔颌面部骨,牙硬组织点18个,运用电子计算机头影测量技术,检测了颌骨,牙11项角度值,16项线距值及4项线距比,从而得出了该地区硬组织头影测量参考值。所选的测量项目,都是从正颌外科的临床诊断及手术设计角度出发,并从面部垂直向,面中,下部水平向及牙的轴向四方面,对测量参数进行了讨论,本文在肯定角度测量,线性测量重要性的同时,着重强调线性比例关系对畸形诊断及外科手术设计的重要意义,以防我们在实际应用时,过份拘泥于“数”的倾向。

THE PROFILE CEPHALOMETRIC EVALUATIONS OF 110 HAN POPULATION WITH NORMAL OCCLUSION IN SHANGHAI REGION

There were 110 Han population with normal occlusion in the Shanghai region to be chosen, in which 55 males and 55 females were included, They were taken profile cephalograph with head at certain situation respectively. By means of computer cephalometric technique, We measured the following paramete(?)s: 11 angular, 16 linear measurements and 4 ratios of linear dimension, so as to obtain profile cephalometric evaluations of hard tissue chosen depend on the need of clinical diagnosis and operation design of orthognathic surgery. The discussion was carried out on 4 aspecls as following: vertical plane of facial region, horizontal plane of mid-and-Iower facial region and axial plane of dental. The study not only made certain that it was important for angular and linear measurments, but also emphasized that it was important for using ratios of linear dimension to diagnose defomities and design operating in the dentofacial region.
