C-erbB-2与EGFR、p53、ER在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨C-erbB-2与ECFR、p53、ER在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学的方法检测108例乳腺癌中的C-erbB-2与EGFR、p53、ER的表达情况,进行对照比较。结果C-erbB-2与EGER、p53、ER表达阳性者分别为40例(37. 0%)、44例(40.7%)、43例(39.8%)、58例(53.7%)。C-erbB-2的表达与EGFR无相关性(P>0.05),与p53呈正相关(P<0. 05),与ER呈负相关(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2与EGFR、ER表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级相关(P<0.05)。C-erbB-2与EGFR、p53、ER 表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),与乳腺癌的组织学类型、患者年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结论乳腺癌中C-erbB-2; EGFR;p53;ER的检测对于指导临床治疗,辅助判断预后有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To explore expressions of C - erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53, ER in the breast cancer and their clinical significance. Methed The expressions of C - erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53, ER were measured by immunollistochemical assay in 108 cases of breast cancer. Results Positive expression rates of C- erbB-2 and EGFR,p53,ER were 37.0% ,40.7% ,39.8% ,and 53.7% respectively. The expression of C- erbB -2 was not correlated with EGFR,correlated positively with p53 ( P < 0.05) and negatively with ER ( P < 0.05) .The expressions of C - erbB -2 and EGFR.ER were correlated with the histological grades of the breast cancer ( P<0.05). The expressions of C- erbB - 2 and EGFR, p53,ER were correlated with lymph node metastasis ( P < 0.05),but not with histological types,age and tumor size ( P > 0 .05 ) .Conclution The expreressions of C- erbB- 2,EGFR,p53 and ER in the breast cancer play a certain role in judging prognosis and guiding clinical treatment.
