体外培养人牙髓细胞的初步实验观察

目的 经过人牙髓细胞的培养，获得足够量的传代细胞，为进一步的实验提供基础；观察人牙髓细胞的形态、结构。方法 组织块法、酶消化法联合应用体外培养人牙髓细胞；应用倒置相差显微镜、透射电镜观察人牙髓细胞的形态与结构。结果 体外培养人牙髓细胞成功率低；人牙髓细胞呈成纤维细胞形。结论 培养的人牙髓细胞维持了体内牙髓细胞的形态结构，可以用来进行牙髓生物学、牙科材料毒理学等研究。

Preliminary experiment observation of human dental pulp cells culturing in vitro

Objective To acquire plenty of multiplied cells which can be used for the further experiments after human dental pulp cells are cultured.To study morphosis of the human dental pulp cells during the period of culturing.Methods Segmentation was united with enzyme-digestion in the cells culture.Morphosis of dental pulp cells were observed under phase-contrast microscope and electron one.Results The percentage of growth in human dental pulp cells was low.Human dental pulp cells were fibroblast-like cells.Conclusion Cultured cells keep the biological characteristics of dental pulp tissues in vivo,can be used to study biology and toxicology of dentistry materials of dental pulp.
