| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑梗死患者的血清表皮生长因子(EGF)的含量与神经功能缺损评分(CNFS)的关系.方法采用ELASA法测定57例急性脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)和26例正常人(对照组)的EGF和前者的CNFS.结果脑梗死组EGF水平显著低于对照组CNFS差者EGF低,言语功能评分和肢体运动功能评分与EGF呈负相关(P<0.05).结论EGF与CNFS密切相关,是评估预后的一项较敏感指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the level of serum EGF and CNFS in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Method The level of serum EGF was measured with ELASA in 57 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 26 normal controls.We calculated CNFS in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Result The level of EGF in patients with acute cerebral infarction was lower than normal controls (P< 0.05).The lower the level of EGF was,the higher the CNFS was. The scores of language function and movement function negatively correlate with the level of EGF (P< 0.05).Conclusion EGF closely correlate with CNFS.EGF is a sensitive index in evaluating prognosis of cerebral infarction. |
