2008年下半年我院儿科抗菌药物使用调查分析

目的了解医院儿科住院患者的抗菌药物使用情况,为抗菌药物的合理使用和科学管理提供依据。方法随机抽取2008年下半年中国人民解放军总医院儿科出院病历200份,对患儿所用抗菌药物的品种、用药频度、用药合理性等进行评价。结果抗菌药物使用率为87.00%,应用最多的是头孢菌素类,使用频次最多的为头孢美唑钠。结论该院儿科抗菌药物使用基本遵循安全、有效原则,但仍存在抗菌药物使用率高、选用不当、不合理联用等问题,应加强合理用药指导。

Analysis of Antibacterial Utilization in Paediatrics of Our Hospital

Objective To observe the antibacterial use in paediatrics of PLA General Hospital and to provide the information about rational drug use and scientific antibacterial supervision measures. Methods Adopting retrospective review, to investigate 200 outpatients＇ ease files from July to November in 2008 randomly and to carry out statistical analysis on categories, rationality of drug use, etc. Results The ratio of antibacterial use was 87.00%, cephalosporin was the major category. Among the total antibaeterials, cefmetazole was most frequently used. Conclusion The utilization of antibacterials in paediatrics of PLA General Hospital is essentially reasonable except for a few problems, for example, too high ratio of anbibacterials use, improper selection of antibacterials and expensive consumption. The management of antibacterial should be strengthened in future.
