国产奥氮平与阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床研究

目的 探讨国产奥氮平、阿立哌唑对精神分裂症的疗效及副反应.方法 61例患者随机分为两组,分别用国产奥氮平或阿立哌唑治疗.采用PANSS、TESS量表和CGI四级疗效标准评定疗效和副反应.结果 国产奥氮平组与阿立哌唑组8周末的疗效无显著性差异,但国产奥氮平组第2周末的疗效优于阿立哌唑组,国产奥氮平组副反应主要为体重增加,而阿立哌唑组副反应主要为静坐不能和震颤,两药副作用不同.结论 国产奥氮平与阿立哌唑的疗效相当,均安全有效,但国产奥氮平起效较快,两药副作用不同,可供不同人群选用.

Clinical Effect of the Domestic Olanzapine and Ariprazole in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To study curative effect and the side effect of the domestic olanzapine and ariprazole in the treatment of the schizophrenia. Methods Sixty-one schizophrenics are randomly divided into two groups, treated with the domestic olanzapine and ariprazole respectively. The curative effect and the side effect are evaluated with PANSS, TESS and CGI scales. Results The curative effect of the domestic olanzapine which is used for eight weeks has no significance difference compared with ariprazoie, but curative effect of the domestic olanzapine which is used for two weeks is better than ariprazole, the main side effect of the domestic olanzapine is heavier than before, the main side effect of ariprazole are akathisia and alcohol withdrawal, the side effects of the two medicines are different. Conclusion The curative effect of the domestic olanzapine is as safe and effective as ariprazole, the domestic olanzapine comes into effecting quickly, the side effects of the two medicines are different, they can be supplied for the different people to select.
