| 摘 要： | 自制了IL-1400血气电解质分析仪试剂,与进口配套试剂作临床标本测试比较,结果经配对t检验显示各组无显著性差异 P值均>0.05,相关良好。自制试剂检测随机配套质控物结果在允许范围内,参加卫生部临检中心室间质控检测成绩优 秀,临床应用效果良好,可代替原装进口试剂。 |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the compounding method and application of the reagent for IL-1400 blood gas and electrolyte analyzers. A comparison has been made between the imported reagents and the reagent made by us. The result shows that there are no significant differences in every group by "T" test (p>0.05) and the correlation is fine(r>0.94-0.99). Its stochastic test with the standard and control reagents also proves that the result is within the allowable range. And its clinical applications have produced a sound effect. Therefore it can be a good substitute for the imported reagent for IL-1400 analyzers. |
