摘    要:本文通过震惊全国的阜阳劣质奶粉事件,对目前我国食品安全监管机制中存在的问题进行剖析,并针对这些问题提出若干建议:完善食品安全法律法规和制度,健全食品安全标准,建立行政执法部门综合监管体系、食品安全诚信体系,提高全民食品安全意识。

Abstract:Through the Fuyang milk powder affairs which shock the whole country, this article analyses the problems existing in the supervision system of food safety in our country, and puts forward some suggestions to these problems. It includes perfecting the system of the food safety laws, establishing united standard system, building up comprehensive supervision system of the administrative department, and trustworthiness system of the food safety, improving the consciousness of food safety.
