乙型肝炎携带者家庭内传染性的研究

摘    要:通过对湖北省钟祥县官庄湖农场一般人群进行3年后复查,比较各种类型乙型肝炎感染携带者对家庭易感接触者的传染性大小。结果:3年后HBV续发感染率为40.45%,HBsAg,抗-HBs、抗-HBc、HBeAg及抗-HBe分别为1.37%、2.73%、29.55%、5.28%和14.91%。家中上次有HBV感染或抗-HBc感染对易感接触者续发抗-HBc感染的传染性增加,有HBsAg感染的易感接触者续发HBeAg感染危险度增高,而上次有抗-HBc感染的家庭的易感接触者HBeAg续发感染减少。

Abstract:There are many hepatitis B carriers in the population, Their infecti-vity to susceptible househood contacts is still an open question. By making a repeated seroepidemiologic survey three years later, it was found that the secondary infection rate of HBV in contacts was 40.45%. For HBsAg, Anti-HBs, Anti-HBc, HBeAg and Anti-HBe, the secondary infection rate was 1.37%, 2.73%, 29.55%, 5.28% and 14.91% respectively. Families that have HBV infection or that are Anti-HBc positive are more infective than control ones. Susceptible contacts whose family were HBsAg positive are more likely to be infected with HBeAg, while those whose family were Anti-HBc positive have a lower risk of getting infected with HBeAg.
