| 摘 要： | [背景 ]探讨低位直肠癌患者保留肛门根治术的可行性 .[病例报告 ]收治的 5例低位直肠癌患者的肿瘤距肛缘最长为 6 0cm ,最短为 2 0cm ,均采用全直肠系膜切除技术以及用吻合器低位吻合 ,无围手术期并发症的发生 ,2例出现排便不适感 ,经扩肛等治疗后恢复正常功能 .[讨论 ]在严格掌握手术适应症的前提下 ,利用吻合器行低位直肠癌保留肛门根治术可缩短手术时间 ,减少围手术期并发症 ,提高病人的生存质量 .

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDTo study the feasibility of reserving anal radical operation of carcinoma of low rectal.CASE REPORT5 cases of low rectal carcinoma was analysed, and the longest distance to the edge of anal was 6 0cm, the shortest was 2 0cm.All cases were adopted techniques of total mesorectal excision(TME) and anastomosis with anastomat,and no perioperative complications, 2 cases had defecation malaise, then return to normal after dilatation of anal etc.DISCUSSIONGrasping operation indications strictly with application of anastomat can radical reserve anal operations of low rectal carcinoma, shorten operation time, reduce perioperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients. |
