摘    要:目的:优选微波法提取土木香根中土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的工艺条件.方法:以土木香内酯和异土木香内酯含量为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、料液比、微波辐射时间和提取温度等因素对提取工艺的影响,采用HPLC测定指标成分含量.结果:土木香内酯和异土木香内酯的最佳微波提取工艺为乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶15,微波时间180s,提取温度45℃.结论:优选的微波提取工艺具有稳定可行、节约时间、能耗低等优点.
