翘荷汤加味治疗急性咽炎62例

目的:观察翘荷汤治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效.方法:将124例急性咽炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各组62例.治疗组给予翘荷汤加味(每日1剂),对照组给予头孢氨苄胶囊(0.5 g/次,3次/d),均口服,连续7d.结果:治疗组痊愈38例,总有效率为96.77％,对照组痊愈32例,总有效率为82.26％,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).不良反应发生率治疗组为3.23％,对照组为11.29％,两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:翘荷汤加味对急性咽炎的临床疗效优于头孢氨苄胶囊,且不良反应少,可供临床推广应用.

Clinical Observation of Qiaohe Plus Decoction for Treating Acute Pharyngitis

Objective: To observe clinical curative effect of Qiaohe plus decoction (QPD) for treating acute pharyngitis. Method: One-hundred and twenty-four patients with acute pharyngitis were divided into two groups at random(62 cases by QPD,1 dose daily; 62 cases by cefalexin capsules, 0.5 g, tid). Result: The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.77% and 82.26% respectively,difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction in treatment group and control group were 3.23% and 11.29% respectively, difference between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: QPD has a better efficacy for the treatment of acute pharyngitis,and shows less side effect.
