| 摘 要： | 本文对26例同种异体肾移植者的自然杀伤细胞（NK细胞）活性和白细胞介素Ⅱ受体（IL－2R）水平进行了测定，并设28例健康人作对照组。结果：肾移植者与健康对照组相比，NK细胞活性明显降低，差异有极显著性意义（P＜0．001）；而IL－2R水平则差异无意义（P＞0．05）。并就此方法在临床上的应用进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | NK activity and IL-2R in renal allograft recipients and 28 normal people as control[ were measured. The results showed that renal allograft recipients NK activity was significantly lower than the normal (P<0.001) the IL-2R level no significant difference (P> 0.05)than those of normal controls. The method of clinical application has been discussed as well. |
