老年性便秘不同体位灌肠效果观察

目的：探讨灌肠术中不同的体位对老年性便秘灌肠效果和不良反应的影响。方法：将40例老年性便秘患者随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用常规不保留灌肠法中的左侧卧位,观察组在灌肠过程中采取边灌边更换体位,依次是左侧卧位-俯卧位-右侧卧位法实施灌肠术。结果：两组清洁程度、灌入液体量、保留时间等比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：灌肠术中通过变换体位灌注灌肠液可提高灌注液体量,增加保留时间,有效清洁肠道,解除便秘。

Senile Constipation Enema Effects of Different Postures

Objective: To explore elderly constipation enema effects and adverse reaction of different pos- tures. Methods: 40 cases of senile constipation are randomly divided into two groups, each has 20 cases. The comparative group are with conventional non-retention enema in the left decubitus, the observed group are replaced position in the course of irrigation enema, followed by the left decubitus-prone position-the right decubitus. Results: The degree of cleanliness, the volume of liquid poured and the retention of two groups was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: it can increase the amount of perfusion fluid, add the retention time by changing position, so it can clean intestines and relieve constipation effectively.
