| 摘 要： | ２７６例正常人和部分急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）患者进行的血清丙酮酸激酶（ＰＫ）的测定结果，经统计学处理，正常人男女之间，老年组与中青年组之间均有差异（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。正常值范围老年人２４．４７～８１．４０Ｕ／Ｌ，中青年男性２６．２２～６０．０６Ｕ／Ｌ，中青年女性２０．０８～６１．３１Ｕ／Ｌ。ＡＭＩ患者血清ＰＫ呈特异性升高，与正常参考值比较Ｐ＜０．００１，差异有高度显著性。本文还同时对血清ＰＫ在不同时间、不同贮存温度下的稳定性以及溶血对ＰＫ的影响、血脂异常与ＰＫ的关系诸实验条件进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The serum pyruvate kinase (PK)of 276 normal persons and some paitents with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)was determined.The results were dealt with statistically and showed:there is difference between normal men and woman(P<0.01) ,and also between the aged group and the adult group(P<0.01 );Normal serum PK in the aged persons is 24.47～81.40 U/L,in the men(adult 26.22～60.06 U/Land in the women (adult)20.08～61.31 U/L.Serum PK of the patients with AMI rose speciflcally,and its value showed a dramatic difference(P<0. 001)compared with normal reference serum PK. We also studied the following expermental factors:whether serum stored at various times and temperatures influences the stability of serum PK:and the hemolyses influence serum PK and the relationship between abnormal lipids and serum PK |
