藻蓝蛋白对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用

目的 探讨藻蓝蛋白对病毒性心肌炎小鼠心肌的保护作用.方法 75只BALB/c小鼠,雄性,4周龄,随机分成4组：A组空白对照（n=15）;B组病毒对照（n=20）;C组维生素C对照（n=20）;D组藻蓝蛋白干预（n=20）.于病毒接种第15天处死小鼠取心脏,光镜检查心肌病理变化,免疫组化、Western blot检测心肌胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）的表达.结果 （1）藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组较病毒组生存率提高,病理改变减轻,IGF-1表达降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;（2）藻蓝蛋白组和维生素C组比较,后者生存率、病理改变及IGF-1表达低于前者,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 藻蓝蛋白可以影响IGF-1表达,减轻心肌病理损伤,对心肌具有保护作用.

Protective effects of phycocyanin on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis

Objective To investigate the protective effects of phycocyanin on myocardium in mice with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 75 BALB/c mice were assigned into 4 groups：normal control group （group A,n =15）,virus control group （group B,n =20）,vitamin C intervention group （group C,n =20）,phycocyanin intervention group（group D,n =20）.Mice were killed on the 15th day after inoculated,the samples of myocardial tissue were obtained.The pathological changes of myocardial tissue were detected by an optical microscope.The expression of IGF-1 in myocardial tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry and western blot.Results Compared with group B,the histopathologic score and the expression of IGF-1 of group C and group D were lower,of which the survival rate was higher（P ＜ 0.05）.There were differences between group C and group D,but not statistically significant （P ＞ 0.05）.Conclusions Phycocyanin may influence the expression of ICF-1 and possibly thus providing protective effects on myocardial tissue.
