强直性脊柱炎合并IgA肾病家系T细胞亚群检测及其临床意义

目的研究强直性脊柱炎合并IgA肾病家系成员外周T淋巴细胞亚群的变化及其意义。方法利用流式细胞术检测该家系成员HLA-B27及外周血CD45RA /CD4、CD45RO /CD4、CD45RA /CD8、CD45RO /CD8、CD4 CD38 /CD3、CD4 DR /CD3、CD38 /DR /CD4、CD8 CD38 /CD3、CD8 DR /CD3、CD38 /DR /CD8 T淋巴细胞亚群,并在患病和未患病者之间进行比较。结果HLA-B27与强直性脊柱炎的发病呈正相关,r=0.9999(P<0.001),与家系中未发病者相比CD45RO /CD4和CD45RO /CD8 T细胞的平均荧光强度明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),其余的变化没有显著性。结论CD45RO T细胞在强直性脊柱炎患者机体免疫功能紊乱的发生发展过程中有重要的作用;可能与强直性脊柱炎并发IgA肾病有关,需进一步研究证实。

Detection of T-lymphocyte subsets in a family of ankylosing spondylitis combined with IgA nephrosis and its clinical significance

Objective To study the change of T-lymphocyte subsets in a family of ankylosing spondylitis combined with IgA nephrosis and its clinical significance. Methods HLA-B27,CD45RA /CD4,CD45RO /CD4,CD45RA /CD8,CD45RO /CD8,CD4 CD38 /CD3,CD4 DR /CD3,CD38 /DR /CD4,CD8 CD38 /CD3,CD8 DR /CD3 and CD38 /DR /CD8 T-lymphocyte of the family members were detected by flow cytometry and compared between subjects with and without ankylosing spondylitis. Results There was a positive correlation between HLA-B27 and ankylosing spondylitis(P<0.001).The mean fluorescence intensity of CD45RO /CD4 and CD45RO /CD8 T-lymphocytes were higher than those of normal subjects(P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion CD45RO T-lymphocytes play an important role in the development of ankylosing spondylitis.Maybe it relates to the happening of IgA nephrosis,but further study is necessary.
