免疫功能低下对肺结核发病与疗效的影响

目的 探讨免疫功能低下（免疫损害）对肺结核患者发病与疗效的影响。方法 对1999年1月～2004年6月收治的免疫损害合并肺结核48例及免疫功能正常的肺结核病人48例的发病及临床特点，进行对照分析。结果免疫功能低下合并肺结核者较免疫功能正常肺结核者的临床症状较重，治疗较困难，愈后较差，复发率较高。结论对免疫功能低下尤其长期应用糖皮质激素者要定期体检，及早发现肺结核，并对免疫功能低下肺结核患者采用合理完善的治疗，才可提高治愈率，降低复发率。

The relationship between the immunocompromise in the host with the incidence and therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To observe the relationship between the immunocompromise in the host with the incidence and therapeutic effect of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The 96 patients treated in Zhaoqing Municipal Pulmonary Hospital during January 1999 and June 2004 were divided into observation group consisted of 48 immunocompromised patients complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis and control group consisted of another 48 tuberculosis patients with normal immune function. The Clinical features results of treatment were analyzed. Results The Clinical manifestations in the patients of the observation group were severer and more difficult to deal with in addition to unsatisfactory prognosis and high recurrent rate than those in the control group. Conclusion Regular health checkup of the patients immunocompromise and using steroids should be made for early identification of tuberculosis and rational treatment of the patients so as to enhance the curative rate and reduce the recurrent rate.
