| 摘 要： | 目的了解艾滋病确证试验中确证标本和不确定标本的特征,分析确证标本、不确定标本的带型分布情况。方法收集2008～2017年市辖区各类检测机构艾滋病筛查实验室的艾滋病抗体初筛阳性样本,按《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求,使用蛋白印迹法(WB法)进行艾滋病抗体确证试验。结果十年期间,艾滋病初筛检测46 145份标本,艾滋病抗体确证阳性1 041份,阳性率为2.26%;抗体不确定为122份,2015年除外,不确定数逐年增加。各确证国产试剂的特异性和敏感性未见差异。结论蛋白印迹法广泛应用于艾滋病病例的确证,在艾滋病防治工作中发挥着重要作用。
