无创正压通气治疗急性重症心力衰竭的临床疗效

摘    要:目的探讨无创正压通气治疗急性重症心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2011年3月—2013年12月我院收治的急性重症心力衰竭患者40例,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,各20例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用无创正压通气治疗。治疗后评定两组患者临床疗效,统计7 d病死率。结果试验组患者总有效率为85.0%,高于对照组的45.0%(P0.05);7 d病死率为10.0%,低于对照组的25.0%(P0.05)。结论无创正压通气治疗急性重症心力衰竭疗效良好,可有效改善患者临床症状和低氧血症,降低病死率。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of non- invasive positive pressure ventilation on severe acute heart failure. Methods From March 2011 to December 2013,40 patients with severe acute heart failure in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each of 20 cases. Control group given conventional treatment,experiment group given non- invasive positive pressure ventilation based on the treatment of control group. Clinical effect of the two groups after the treatment was evaluated,mortality on the seventh day were counted. Results The total effective rate of experiment group was 85. 0%,was higher than that of control group of 45. 0%( P〈0. 05). Mortality on the seventh day of experiment group was 10. 0%,was lower than that of control group of 25. 0%( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Non- invasive positive pressure ventilation has good effect on severe acute heart failure,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and hypoxemia,reduce the mortality.
