病证结合优化方案治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

目的探讨病证结合优化方案治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择江苏省中西医结合医院2011年1月—2014年1月门诊及住院支气管哮喘患者72例,根据治疗方案分为中药组26例,西药组20例,中西医结合组26例。中药组患者采用病证结合优化方案,西药组患者吸入沙美特罗替卡松,中西医结合组患者联合应用中药组和西药组治疗方案。3组患者均连续治疗10 d,为1个疗程。观察3组患者临床疗效、治疗前后FEV1及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果中药组、西药组、中西医结合组均未出现无效患者,总有效率均为100%(P0.05)。3组患者治疗前后FEV1比较,差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),各组治疗后FEV1均高于治疗前(P0.05)。治疗期间,西药组患者出现心悸2例,中西医结合组出现咽喉炎1例,中药组患者未出现明显不良反应。结论单纯中药治疗、单纯西药治疗及病证结合优化方案治疗支气管哮喘临床疗效相当,均可有效改善患者FEV1,且不良反应较少,安全性较高。

Effect of Optimum Proposal of Integration of Disease and TCM Syndrome on Bronchial Asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of optimum proposal of integration of disease and TCM syndrome on bronchial asthma. Methods Seventy- two patients with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2011 to January2014 were chosen,and then they were randomly divided into Chinese herbal group（ n = 26）,western medicine group（ n = 20）and combination group（ n = 26）. Chinese herbal group was treated with optimum proposal of integration of disease and TCM syndrome,western medicine group was treated with salmeterol flutieasone inhalation,while combination group was treated with optimum proposal of integration of disease and TCM syndrome and salmeterol flutieasone inhalation. All groups treated for 10 days. Clinical effect,FEV1 before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment were observed in the three groups. Results There was no invalid patients in the three groups,all of the total effective rate of the three groups was 100%（ P〈0. 05）.There was no significant differences of FEV1 in the three groups before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）,while FEV1 after treatment was higher than before in each group（ P〈0. 05）. During treatment,2 cases occurred palpitation in western medicine group,1 case occurred sphagitis in combination group,no one occurred adverse reactions in Chinese herbal group. Conclusion Simple Chinese herbal therapy,simple western medicine therapy and optimum proposal of integration of disease and TCM syndrome have similar effect on bronchial asthma,they all can improve FEV1,are safe.
