TPS、CEA和CYFRA21-1联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值

目的：探讨组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）、细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21。1）和癌胚抗原（CEA）3项标志物联合检测对非小细胞肺癌的诊断价值。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测96例肺癌患者（肺癌组）和90例健康体检人员（对照组）的TPS、CYFRA21-1和CEA3项标志物。结果：肺癌组3项指标均明显高于对照组（P〈0．001）。TPS对肺癌诊断的敏感性为84．4％，特异性为88．9％；CYFRA21-1的敏感性为54．1％，特异性为93．3％；CEA的敏感性为45．8％．特异性为91．4％。3项联合则敏感性为100％。结论：TPS、CYFRA21-1和CEA对非小细胞肺癌的诊断有一定的价值，三者联合检测有明显的互补性．可明显提高非小细胞肺癌诊断的敏感性

Diagnostic value of combined detection of TPS,CYFRA21.1 and CEA in non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of combined detection of tissue polypeptide specific antigen （TPS）, eytokeratin 19 fragment（CYFRA21-1）, and carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA） in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Metheds The serum levels of TPS、CYFRA21-1 and CEA were determined by enzyme-linked immumosorbent assay （ELISA） in 96 patients with non-small cell lung cancer （lung cancer group） and 90 health adults （control group）. Results The levels of TPS,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in lung cancer group were higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.001 ）. The sensitivity and specificity ofTPS, CYFRA21-1, and CEA to lung cancer were 84.4% and 88.9%, 54.1% and 93.3% ,45.8% and 91.4%. The sensitivity of combined detection of the three markers was 100%. Conclusion There is certain diagnostic value of TPS,CYFRA21-1 and CEA in non-small cell lung cancer,and complementarity of combined detection of the three markers, which could significantly improve sensitivity in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer
