Relationship between the Transgenic Foods and Human Health and Safety

Transgenic food is one of focus of biological engineering in new 21 st century,and transgenic food will play important role in our Chinese normal life due to our lacking of plowland and dense population.This paper reviewed the definition of transgenic food,meaning to human being,its potential influences on human health and ecological environment etc.In addition,we give the introduction to the attitudes and management on transgenic food in some countries,including China,and expect its prosperous development.
